At AECA, our ethos is “Real Work, Transforming Lives.” Working on the ground to bring sustainable change is not easy, but in our country where more than half of the population, particularly children, are deprived of their basic needs, this is where we must act.

We must address urgent human needs, and this is what AECA tirelessly strives to achieve. Through intensive programs based on education, healthcare, youth development, protection, WASH, and livelihood, we work towards bringing positive and long-lasting change in the lives of children and their families.

Committed, passionate individuals have always been at the core of all we do. Currently, we have a team of over 23 full-time professionals from diverse backgrounds working on our different projects and in our offices.
